Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chives (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and separate it into triangles.

Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

Roll the crescent triangles from the wide end to the tip, ensuring the filling is tucked inside. Pinch the ends to seal them.

Arrange the rolled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden color when baked.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
