Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Once the beef mixture has cooled, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a tablespoon of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, creating a small ball.

Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the biscuit bombs for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
