In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and garlic powder. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese and bacon mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving about an inch border around the edges.
