Ingredients
  

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: tomato sauce, additional cheese, vegetables (like bell peppers and mushrooms), pepperoni

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place the cauliflower florets into a food processor and pulse until they resemble fine crumbs or rice.

      Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes to soften it. Let it cool slightly.

        Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is key to a crispy crust!

          In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

            Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

              Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

                Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the toppings.

                  Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
