1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor you prefer)

2 large eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for topping)

2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Optional: Sprinkles or chocolate chips for decoration

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan lightly with non-stick spray.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

      Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off for easy filling.

        Carefully pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full to allow room for rising.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.

            Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

              While the donuts are cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more sugar for thickness or milk for a thinner glaze.

                Once the donuts are cooled, dip the tops into the glaze and sprinkle with optional toppings like sprinkles or chocolate chips if desired.
