Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into chunks

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, toss the shrimp and salmon chunks with the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned shrimp and salmon in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and the salmon is cooked through. Remove from skillet and place on a plate.

In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously to incorporate the garlic. Bring the sauce to a simmer.

Add the lemon juice and smoked paprika to the cream sauce, stirring well and allowing it to thicken slightly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Return the cooked shrimp and salmon to the skillet, gently coating them in the garlic cream sauce. Allow to simmer for another minute to heat through.

Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
