Ingredients

1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb crab meat (canned or fresh)

1 cup scallops, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 celery stalk, diced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup frozen peas

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened.

Stir in the Cajun seasoning and flour, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to create a roux base.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture thickens, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the shrimp, crab meat, scallops, and frozen peas to the mixture. Gently stir to combine, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the seafood is just cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the seafood filling into a greased pie dish. Roll out the pie crust and place it over the filling, sealing the edges by crimping with your fingers or a fork. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.

                  Prep Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 6

                    - Presentation Tips: Garnish each slice with freshly chopped parsley and serve with a side of mixed greens for a fresh contrast.
