2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

1 medium avocado, diced

1 large tomato, diced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, and diced tomato. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and fully blended.

      Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated with the dressing. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

        Take a large lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture onto the center of the leaf.

          Carefully fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.

            Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and chicken salad mixture.

              If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over each wrap for a burst of color and flavor.
