Ingredients

2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or homemade)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Transfer the broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

Open the can of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Distribute the biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the broccoli mixture, ensuring good coverage.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the biscuit pieces for an extra cheesy topping.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy, broccoli-filled comfort dish!
