Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8 count)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Take each biscuit and flatten it out slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.

Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit to form a pouch around the cheese and pinch to seal it tightly. Roll it gently into a ball.

Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.

Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Once out of the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes, and then brush them again with any remaining garlic butter mixture.

Serve warm and enjoy as a cheesy, buttery treat!
