Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Form the beef mixture into four patties. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the patties and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.

Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard on each tortilla.

Place a cheesy burger patty in the center of each tortilla. Top each patty with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced pickles.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.

Remove from the heat and slice each wrap in half before serving.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the grilled wraps on a wooden cutting board, and garnish with extra pickles and a side of additional ketchup for dipping.
