2 ripe bananas

4 tablespoons Nutella

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts (optional)

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

2 whole grain tortillas or flatbreads

A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Prepare the Strawberries: In a small bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with honey (if using) and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This will enhance the flavors. Set aside to marinate for about 5 minutes.

    Heat the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, lightly warm the whole grain tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, just until they are pliable but not crispy.
