Ingredients
Β Β

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
Β

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, enough to comfortably wrap the salmon and asparagus.

Place the trimmed asparagus in the center of each foil piece, dividing them evenly.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle half of the lemon garlic sauce over the asparagus on each foil piece.

Place a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus in each foil packet.

Pour the remaining lemon garlic sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.

Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon and asparagus, sealing them tightly to create packets.

Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam!) and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.

                      Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 2

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon and asparagus packets directly on plates for a rustic look, or transfer to a serving platter. Add extra lemon wedges to enhance the freshness and visual appeal.
