4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Tear off 4 large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12x18 inches each.

      In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

        Place each salmon fillet in the center of a foil sheet. Drizzle half of the olive oil mixture over the fillets.

          Arrange a handful of asparagus on each sheet next to the salmon.

            Top the asparagus with lemon slices and drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture over the asparagus.

              Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus to create a sealed packet, ensuring no steam can escape.

                Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.

                  Carefully open one packet to check if the salmon flakes easily with a fork—if so, it’s done!
