Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup elbow macaroni

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

½ cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Hot sauce for drizzling

Instructions

Cook the Macaroni: In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk, garlic powder, and onion powder, stirring until smooth. Gradually add the grated cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.

Combine Mac and Cheese: Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, mixing until fully coated. Fold in the crumbled bacon, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Cook the Beef Patties: In a skillet over medium-high heat, shape the ground beef into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and place a cooked beef patty in the center. Spoon a generous amount of the bacon mac and cheese over the patty.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to encase the burger and the mac and cheese completely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Heat the Wraps: Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat. Place the wrapped burgers seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half diagonally, and garnish with chopped chives. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
