Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

After chilling, remove the pinwheels from the wrap and use a sharp knife to slice them into 1-inch pieces.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and optionally sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for added color and flavor.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 12 pinwheels

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve on a colorful platter, garnished with cherry tomatoes or a small bowl of ranch dressing for dipping.
