Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 large eggs, beaten

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Sliced green onions and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, whisk together the panko breadcrumbs, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Bread the Shrimp: Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the coating adheres well. Place the coated shrimp on a plate.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Shrimp: Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on your air fryer's size. Spray the shrimp lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce: While the shrimp are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha as desired.

Serve: Once the shrimp are out of the air fryer, toss them gently in the Bang Bang sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.

Garnish: Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions and lime wedges for added flavor and presentation.
