Ingredients

2 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and diced

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 package of crescent roll dough (8 oz)

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (for dusting)

1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are fully coated and set aside.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.

On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. If you want larger bombs, you can pinch two triangles together to form a larger base.

Place a generous tablespoon of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Gently roll the triangle around the apple filling, pinching the ends tightly to seal and form a ball shape. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.

Brush each apple pie bomb with melted butter for a golden finish.

Place the bombs in the air fryer basket, making sure they have space in between to allow for air circulation.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
