In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the spices are well incorporated. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, prepare your toppings. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the avocado, and chop the cilantro.
To assemble the wraps, take a lettuce leaf and spoon a portion of the cooked turkey mixture into the center.
Top with a few halved cherry tomatoes, slices of avocado, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
Carefully fold in the sides of the lettuce wrap to enclose the filling and enjoy!
