Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, sliced banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey/agave syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Once blended, check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired texture.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a chilled bowl.
