In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
Pour the honey Sriracha sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
