Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture until the chicken is evenly coated.
Incorporate the diced celery, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, and fresh dill into the chicken mixture. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to your taste. Mix gently again to distribute the seasoning evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
Serve in lettuce cups or over a bed of mixed greens. Garnish with extra dill or a sprinkle of walnuts on top for an appealing finish.
